MTV Switch-es on again

Global - MTV Networks International (MTVNI) has begun initiatives for its global climate change campaign ‘MTV Switch', including the re-launch of its portal, new public service announcements (PSAs), and a worldwide documentary premiere.
A documentary named Short Film Shootout: Cannes, has participants compete to shoot a 30-second energy-conservation themed commercial in 48 hours using the Nokia N93i during the 2007 Cannes Lions Advertising Festival in France.
The themed commercials will be aired on MTV's global network of TV, online and mobile platforms as well as on the Nokia Nseries site. Also, a series of ten new PSAs, produced pro bono by Lowe Worldwide and Ogilvy, will screen across the network's programming schedule.
