Singapore - Siemens has ended its Singapore search for a PR agency, appointing Icon International Communications to support its corporate PR work for the market.
The company approached a number of agencies before deciding to appoint the agency, which opened its Singapore office two years ago and currently handles Nokia Siemens Networks.
"We're thrilled to be working with a global leader like Siemens. We already work with Nokia Siemens Networks, but this was a separate brief and selection process. It took us a while to break into a crowded market in Singapore, but we have built a very solid B2B portfolio over the last 12 months and this is just the latest of a series of significant new business wins," John Bailey, MD for Icon said.
New clients include Carlson Hotels, Iris Worldwide, the Singapore Airshow and the World Effie Festival to name a few.
