Unilever retains MindShare

Malaysia – Unilever has retained MindShare Malaysia to its media account as the FMCG giant's global media review concludes.

MindShare was also retained in South Asia, the US, Western Europe and picked up Canada. A separate review was conducted for Greater China which went to PHD. The markets include China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

On a global basis, Unilever spends more than US$7 billion a year on advertising and promotions. Worldwide media spending is believed to exceed US$2 billion.

At press time, Unilever could not confirm the news.
