Malaysia – Sunway Lagoon has awarded Shiroku its TV commercial business for 2010.
The production and interactive web application house, Shiroku won the account following a pitch called back in December 2009.
The winning commercial idea was pitched by the agency's creative director, Peter Chin (pictured) and his team. Chin was formerly the group creative director at Media Prima Berhad where he handled its four main TV station brands for six years.
At Shiroku, Chin's role is focused on TV and online platforms."This is quite a milestone for Shiroku as this project allows us opportunities to shoot the action and excitement of Sunway Lagoon's theme parks in a daring direction," he said.
Casting for the first commercial is expected to start in the first week of February.
