Malaysia – McDonald’s is hoping the recent introduction of a new Chicken Burger will increase Happy Meal sales by 40%.
The newly launched Chicken Burger Happy Meal is being supported by Leo Burnett-created marketing campaign across TV, newspapers, magazines, out-of-home and online.
In-store marketing collateral include hanging mobile, poster, lug-on and tray mats.
"We endeavor to provide something for everyone, including facilities and services that families can enjoy," Stephen Chew, McDonald’s Malaysia vice president of Marketing, Communications and Consumer/Business Insights, said.
OMD handled the media buying duties.
The new burger is available permanently on the Happy Meal menu at RM5.95.
