Edipresse launches trade luxury supplement
EDIPRESSE LUXURY EMAIL MARKETING
Hong Kong - Edipresse Asia has launched a fortnightly newsletter to keep its advertisers up to date with luxury news and trends. The media company has appointed Tamara De Guzman as online editor to head up the free news service that focuses on the Asia Pacific markets.
Luxury News will cover news on products and events on key Asian markets from people moves, product launches, marketing initiatives and developments on major brands to market trends, surveys, consumer behaviour and spending habits in the luxury industry.
Barrie Goodridge, CEO for Edipresse Asia, said the newsletter will tap the resource of its stable of magazines including Tatler and Revolution, to provide a one-stop source for news about the luxury industry in Asia.
"Essentially [it is] a new service and resource for all of us."
Michel Lamuniere (pictured), online director for Edipresse Asia, said luxury news goes out to more than 30,000 marketing, sales and PR executives from any industry that are related to luxury.
He said the newsletter is a PR exercise for the company right now and depending on the response from the market, they might consider it as a stand alone product to offer trade organisations a platform to market themselves in the industry.
The newsletter is currently in English language but the company has plans to translate it into different languages in future.
