Malaysia - Foetus Group's in-house training programme, DDB University (DDBU) has launched with 24 participants selected to undergo the three-month course this year themed "Knock ‘em Out!"
"In this instance, we want students to knock out the locked mindsets and restrictions they have carried with them all these years and open their minds to a whole new approach to critical thinking and creativity. It also means they are being trained to knock-out the competition," Rosie Hong, group executive director, Foetus International said.
The programme consists of students from Naga DDB, Tribal DDB, DDB PR, Rapp and Milk & Co, and culminates in an official graduation ceremony in September.
DDBU trainers are all notable personalities within the company with the majority of them heads of agencies and top management experts.
