DWA names regional director

Regional - Media agency DWA has appointed Tobias Wilson the role of regional director of ASEAN.

Wilson joins DWA from creative outfit McCorkell & Associates where was vice president of Asia.

"This is a great step forward for DWA Singapore. Toby fundamentally understands the International Technology marketplace and he brings a wealth of experience and relationships to our business. He has built IT creative agency McCorkell into a very solid business in Asia and the drive and passion he has for the IT industry can only benefit our Singapore business," David Wood, DWA group managing director, said in a statement.

Wilson's hire is the seventh appointment made by DWA in recent months and Wood said more hires are expected.

DWA, which specializes on the IT sector, opened its Singapore office at the start of the year. The agency has offices in London, Sydney and San Francisco.
