wwwins takes digital duties for Mirama
wwwins Consulting has been appointed by the hotel, travel and hospitality group to revamp both its corporate site as well as the portal of its Hong Kong hotel property, The Mira.
The overhaul of the corporate site will take in its hotels, management of its hotel properties in China, as well as its travel and dining ventures. As part of the Mira's site overhaul, wwwins Consulting Hong Kong will design and develop a Room Reservation System for the hotel site.
On top of the website work, wwwins will lead several email marketing campaigns for The Mira hotel property with targeted eDMs to be sent out to existing members. The first e-mail campaign is scheduled to launch in August.
The Mira's website launch is scheduled to coincide with the grand opening of the hotel in late August.
Chris Ryan (pictured) added that investments in optimizing the online experience means that "qualified leads turn into sales."
"The Mira is a hotel property that realises that and we are very pleased to provide them with a comprehensive website that supports them in their mission to provide the best possible experience for their customers from the initial research into their trip to the feedback after their journey."
