LG rolls out Transformers digital push
Regional - LG had launched a digital campaign to leverage its sponsorship of the new film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
Created by The Upper Storey (TUS), the campaign includes the microsite lgtransformers.com, banners, screensavers, wallpapers and MSN avatars. The regional campaign covers Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand, and utilizes 3D ‘transforming' screens on the website.
"The first movie was very much anticipated and the sequel looks set to enjoy even greater popularity. It's a great fit for our product offerings and industry leading position. Aligning ourselves with the franchise - and doing so in such a fitting manner, can only be good for all involved," Daniel Looi, brand manager of LG Electronics Asia, said in a statement.
The Transformers film opens tomorrw (24 June).
