Twelve overweight individuals from KL were led by fitness instructors in an exercise routine which took place on the streets of Bukit Bintang and Jalan Sultan Ismail. The aim was to demonstrate exactly how hard participants on the show try to shed pounds.
Interspersing their demonstration, the team took to the streets with branded signboards bearing inspirational quotes from previous The Biggest Loser winners and participants.
The sixth season of the reality series is aired on Astro's Hallmark Channel - channel 701 - on Tuesday nights featuring eight teams of two family members.
