Saatchi Lab hires Y&R's Mathews

Mathews replaces Steven McGinnes, who moved to LloydNorthover Yeang to become regional head of strategic consulting.

Mathews has spent the past three years working at Y&R Singapore for clients such as the Singapore Tourism Board, Ministry of Manpower, Workforce Development Authority and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. Before that he has had stints in the Middle East and India, working for the likes of AGI Communications, Gulf Public Relations and Advertising and Triton Communications.

"We found Sean to be the right fit for the strategic planning director's role, given his very positive track record with Y&R.  Importantly, his strong relationship building skills to both internal and external stakeholders will be an asset to the agency," Moses Goh, CEO of Saatchi Lab, said.
