Singapore - Carat Singapore general manager Alison Song is leaving the agency after an eight-year stint.
Confirming the news, CEO of Aegis Media Singapore Arun Kumar said: "Song has been a great contributor and we are sad to see her go. We wish her all the best."
While the reasons for her departure are unkown, Carat said it is not looking to replace her immediately. Aegis Media is currently restructuring its management, a process that started last November.
"As it is known we are restructuring, we might come up with announcements in a couple of week's time but there is no plan of replacing Song as of now," Kumar said.
Song had been with Carat for close to eight years. She could not be reached for comments at the time of writing.
